Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

All Ayurvedic medicines, nutraceutical products, and health supplements sold through our online store are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. This policy is in place to maintain the highest standards of product quality, hygiene, and safety.

Due to the sensitive nature of medicinal products:

• We do not accept returns once the product has been dispatched.

• We do not offer exchanges for any opened, used, or tampered products.

Eligibility for Replacement

We ensure that all products are thoroughly checked before shipping. However, in the rare case that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you may be eligible for a replacement under the following conditions:

1. Damaged Product: If the product is found damaged at the time of delivery.

2. Wrong Item Delivered: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered.

Conditions for Replacement

• The request for replacement must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.

• The product must be in its original packaging and must not be opened or used.

• The batch number on the product should match the batch number on the invoice.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this time, the order will be processed and cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

Refunds are only applicable in cases where a replacement is not possible. Refunds will be processed in the original payment method within 7-10 business days after confirmation.

• We do not accept returns for reasons such as a change of mind or dislike of the product after delivery.

• Any tampering with the packaging or product will void the eligibility for replacement.
